Executive Chef Jean-Luc Reymond, in conjuntion with Head Pastry Chef Gérard Biscaut, has unveiled his macaroon menu for Spring and Summer 2009.

Enjoy seasonal flavours such as asparagus, tomato-pepper and Roquefort amongst others in this very unusual collection of the traditional Macaroon.

This year you can enjoy Macaroon as an accompaniment to certain dishes on our à la carte menu. The original flavours are in perfect harmony with the unique dishes on the menu.

‘Macaroon Adddict' at Café Atlantic

Our audacious and refined macaroon menu is not only back at Justine, Café Atlantic also invites you to discover ‘Macaroon Addict' . The result of collaboration between our pastry chef and passionate head barman David Houdet, ‘Macaroon Addict' invites you to awake your senses every month with a special cocktail served with a delicious macaroon.

  • For the month of November enjoy your Cosmopolitan with a Peach Macaroon.
  • In December finish the year with a Caipirinnha with a Pineapple Macaroon on the side.
